Eligibility Criteria
- ✓Must be an Indian residential consumer

How we apply for your subsidy.
Register on the National Portal
Day 1We register your application on pmsuryaghar.gov.in against your MSEDCL consumer number and Aadhaar. You only need to share your latest electricity bill and ID.
DISCOM feasibility approval
1–2 weeksMSEDCL checks that your connection and transformer can take the proposed system. We file the application and follow up with the local office until approval comes through.
Installation by our team
1–3 daysOnce approval is in hand, our own crew installs the panels, inverter, mounting structure and earthing. Residential systems are usually finished within three days.
Net meter application
2–4 weeksWe submit the net metering request and the mandatory test report. MSEDCL installs the bi-directional meter that credits you for the surplus power you export.
Commissioning certificate
1 weekAfter the meter is fitted, DISCOM issues the commissioning certificate and uploads it to the national portal. This is the document the subsidy is released against.
Subsidy credited to your bank
30–45 daysYou submit your bank details on the portal and the central subsidy is transferred directly into your account. We stay on the file until the money actually arrives.
